Rafting with instructor
There are 3 kinds of the rafting trip. The most favourite is the first one. Please choose and book your trip. Our company provides private rafting only i. e. you will not join any group. There will be only your group and a guide in a boat.
The reservation is binding, but payment is not made in advance – you pay on-site before the rafting. We’re flexible if you need to change the date.

How do I get back after the rafting trip?

7€ /piece - 10km, 1 hour.
Bikes can be ordered and paid for when you book your rafting trip. We will deliver them to the endpoint of the trip.
Bus
3€ /adult - 2€ /child
The bus departs every hour on the hour – 11:00; 12:00; 13:00; 14:00; 15:00; 16:00; 17:00.
Taxi
5€ /person
Taxi services are 9-seater minibuses operated by another company. Prices may vary.
You can also walk back. The return hike takes about 2 hours (10 km) along a scenic riverside path.
If you want your car ready after rafting, drive to the finish point at Chata Pienini, Lesnica 147. From there, a transport service will take you to the starting point. After the trip, you’ll arrive right where your car is parked.

Your safety is our top concern. While the Dunajec River is generally calm, unexpected situations can occur, and we believe that the role of instructor requires physical strength and readiness.

1. How can I pay?
Payment is made in cash before the trip at our location: Červený Kláštor 30. Please bring with you your ID or passport because you need to fill the form before renting the boat or bikes. To bring one ID/passport is enough. Usually, it is fine if the leader of your group has his/her personal document.
2. How do we get back from the raft?
You have a choice of three options:
– bicycle rental (for about 2 hours) – 7€ / pcs
– bus 3€/adult, 2€ child
– minibus 5€ / per person
– on foot, there is a cycle path around the river and the walk takes about 2 hours.
Please note that the bus parking lot and bicycle rental companies are about 800 metres distant from the port (they are located next to the restaurant called Chata Pieniny, Lesnica 147). You have to go on foot to get there.

3. Do you need to book in advance?
Yes. Order rafting at least a day or a few days in advance via the order form via this website, e-mail or call us saying that when you would like to come to rafting, how many of you will be, etc. You can make a reservation through this website late at night, confirmation will be sent to you immediately by e-mail. In this way, you will help us ensure a smooth day and adherence to orders at the set time. In the end, however, we have enough boats and equipment, so if you happen to decide to order on the day, feel free to call us. There is always a place for you too.
4. What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes the complete boating equipment needed for rafting.
– life jackets,
– helmets,
– paddles,
– waterproof packaging for your personal belongings.
5. Which rafting route should we choose and how long does the rafting last?
We offer three rafting routes:
Červený Kláštor – Lesnica (length 10 km and duration 1.30 hours). It is the most popular section that leads to the most beautiful part of the Pieniny and this route is an ideal choice for everyone, it is navigable by 99% of clients.
Spišská Stará Ves – Lesnica (length 17km and duration 3 hours). This route starts from a higher location than our operation. We take you to the start with our minibus. It is an ideal choice for clients who visit Pieniny every year, or for paddlers who want to enjoy a longer stay on the water.
Spišská Stará Ves – Kroscienko PL (24km and duration 5 hours).
6. What address should we come to if we have booked a rafting trip from Spišská Stará Ves 17km?
If you have chosen a 17 km rafting route, nothing will change in terms of the place you have to come to. You come to our address RAFTING DUNAJEC, Červený Kláštor 30, where we will equip you, pay for the rafting and then take you and a raft on our minibus to a higher start in Spišská Stará Ves.
7. We have small children (3 years old) is rafting on the Dunajec suitable for them?
Yes rafting on the Dunajec is also suitable for small children. The Dunajec River is calm and age is not limited. In this way, small children sit in a safe place in the middle of the raft or directly with their parents. Children will be given a vest and helmet. You are guaranteed to enjoy rafting with children.
8. I am interested in a gift voucher, how should I proceed?
One of the most beautiful gifts is the donation of the experience, based on your order we will produce and send you a gift voucher. We can send you a gift voucher in electronic form or also in material form to your address. There is no extra charge for the gift voucher – you pay the list prices that are listed on our website.
To create a gift voucher, we need:
– whether you want to order rafting with an instructor for the recipients or you want to rent a boat without an instructor for them,
– which rafting route you want,
– the dedication to be indicated on the voucher (a few words),
– whether you want to include the way back on the bike in the voucher.
The validity of the gift voucher is always until the end of the summer season t. j. until 31 October.
9. Do you offer child seats or bike trailers?
Yes, we do! Prices for return after rafting:
Child seat: €4 per unit
Bike trailer: €7 per unit
Gift Voucher
Giving an experience is one of the best gifts! We’ll create and send your voucher based on your order.
Vouchers can be issued at short notice and even outside our opening hours.
Valid until the end of the summer season – October 31. There is no extra charge for issuing a voucher.
More information
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and can be used only once.
The recipient will be informed on the voucher to book the trip at least two days in advance by phone or email.
Only bikes can be added to the voucher as return transport (€7 per bike).
Taxi rides are paid directly to the driver and cannot be included in the voucher.
The recipient can choose the return method on the spot and pay any extra as needed.
